From a single station to a global team.
In March 2022, Nate joined TWR at KTWR Guam as a network and playout administrator — tending the behind-the-scenes backbone of broadcast ministry across Asia.
Two years later, as TWR's operations shifted toward a cloud-based, distributed playout system and a zero-trust security posture, his role naturally expanded from supporting a single station to contributing to broader global IT initiatives.
In March 2025, Nate stepped into leadership as Interim Station Director. Shortly after, TWR's Global Leadership Team and Board made the difficult decision to close the KTWR site as the Guam land lease approaches its June 2026 expiration. Today, Nate is leading the KTWR decommissioning project — stewarding nearly 50 years of broadcasting from Guam to a close with care, gratitude and faith.
